CONSTRAINT-LED TRAINING
Skills are developed through live problem-solving instead of memorized techniques or static repetition.
LIVE SCENARIOS
Every round replicates real grappling situations where timing, pressure, and decision-making are trained together.
ADAPTATION
Students develop unique solutions that fit their body type, athletic ability, and natural instincts.
FREQUENCY
Multiple weekly sessions reinforce learning through consistent exposure to live problem-solving environments.
