At Precision Submission Grappling, our adult Jiu Jitsu programs are designed to develop real, functional grappling skills for students of all experience levels. We break down complex techniques into fundamental movements, helping students understand the core principles of grappling and submission-based martial arts. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our structured training builds a strong foundation while continuously introducing advanced concepts as you progress. Our approach ensures that every student develops a deep understanding of leverage, timing, and control.
Safety is a top priority at Precision Submission Grappling. We maintain a training environment where students can develop with confidence. Our coaching staff enforces strict safety protocols, promotes controlled and mindful sparring, and teaches students how to properly execute and defend techniques to minimize the risk of injury. We emphasize respect for training partners and the importance of recognizing when to tap or release submissions. This culture of safety allows students to train consistently, enjoy the process, and make steady progress without fear of injury.
In addition to skill development and safety, we place a strong emphasis on overall health and fitness. The Little Rollers program introduces our youngest students to Jiu Jitsu through movement, play, and exploration.
Classes focus on building coordination, balance, and listening skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Students learn teamwork, respect, and confidence while developing the body awareness and focus needed for future training success.

The Foundations program introduces young students to the core skills of grappling through age-appropriate games, drills, and activities.
Classes emphasize coordination, balance, movement, and basic grappling concepts in a fun and supportive setting. Students build confidence, discipline, and focus while developing the foundational athletic skills that prepare them for more advanced training.

The Precision program is designed for students who demonstrate a higher level of focus, maturity, and coachability.
Training blends fundamental technique with more advanced skills and concepts through structured drills, task-based games, and live scenario rounds. Students refine their understanding of Jiu Jitsu while developing problem-solving, adaptability, and confidence both on and off the mats.

Students engage in task-based learning to build fundamental grappling skills, including takedowns, pins, reversals, escapes, and submissions. Training is guided by a constraints-led approach to skill acquisition, allowing students to develop their grappling through exploration, experimentation, and real-time problem solving.
You’ll train alongside experienced partners who offer guidance, understand their limits, and remain mindful during live training. All classes are led by a respected, experienced coach focused on creating a positive and challenging environment where students can learn how to learn.

Open Mat sessions are exactly what they sound like: unstructured, full free rounds, and some of the most enjoyable training sessions of the week. These sessions are an opportunity to roll freely, explore positions, test ideas, and get extra mat time at your own pace.
Open Mats are free for all members and open to visitors. Come roll, learn, and enjoy the mat time.
